Pilsner

 

My first attempt at a Pilsner- see main blog for more on it. Fermented for 24h at 18C till it was going well, then put it out in the stairwell at 11-14C for 2 weeks, then brought it in for a couple of days at 18C, then back out in the stair for another couple of weeks before bottling on 29/12/16. Some notes of sweetcorn indicating some DMS present, time will tell if that is going to be a problem.
